Please keep in mind that this is a small, mostly for fun, shop that I have started. I don't have large profit margins in order to keep prices affordable, so I cannot eat certain costs other stores have the ability to. Thanks for understanding!!!

Returns: I provide color accurate, technically descriptive items to the best of my abilities. Due to this I can not accept returns for any of my products – whether they be opened, used, or unused.

Item not delivered: If the package does not reach you in a reasonable amount of time depending on your location and postal service, let me know! I will work on a case by case basis to figure out a solution between us. Since items not delivered or those that could not be delivered will be returned to my inbox, I can try to send them again. Since the delivery chain is out of the scope of the business I welcome you to contact your delivery service for any inquiries you may have. I cannot resend items if the address you gave me was incorrect so please double check!!!

Shipping Damage: Unfortunately, this seems to be a common reality in our world. I aim to package my items to proof them as much as I can from such activities, if you are a victim I suggest contacting your local mail carrier who is responsible. Each package ~in theory~ is insured by them, so please take up that responsibility with them.

Cancelling Orders: I generally try to send stuff out ASAP. Once shipped I cannot cancel the order, but you can contact me and check to see if it has been sent or not, in which case I can refund you and stop the order.
